I have created an InfoPath (2010) form to use for a weekly update. The user submits the details in the repeating fields and the form submits to a SharePoint List and it should submit to Email. The submit is fine. The problem however, is that the email does not display correctly and the formatting is off.

Not really a view - but a custon task pane. If you go to Form Options>Programming you'll see the selection where it says enable custon task pane. So that is what I am trying to incorporate. What could I do if these choices are filtered for a particular user? I can get the default but it gives me all and not just the ones for the particular filter? Thanks for any direction you can give.

Have you double checked that you don't also have that same formula set as the FileName default value? Also, have you double checked that the rule that sets the FileName to your formula has the condition "FileName is not blank"?
It sounds to me like you either have a default value formula or another rule ...

Thanks for your response! What you suggested is actually what I do already. The FileName (as I call it), is a concat of an asset name, and now(). If someone goes into the form and edits the asset name, it then creates a duplicate. I can't figure out why it is doing this. Someone else ...
