I don't have any ideas on this error, but I will share this with others on the team to get their input.
Just to be sure: DBXL was (re)installed to the same site as Sharepoint (port 80) and uses the same account as SharePoint (KOTCNT\spadmin)?

InfoPath 2010 has cached your old XSN and refuses to update automatically.
Please force InfoPath to obtain the update. Steps are detailed here:

For your first question: is the group my:PackageDetails2 repeating?
If it is, then the mapping needs to be reworked for these child tables.
If it is not, then this mapping should work. Can you clarify what you mean when you say that the forms don't work? Do they not open? Do they not show the data correctly?

You can take the Correlation ID you see in the message and
search the SharePoint log file for for more detailed information. There
should be a series of entries in the log file that have that Correlation
ID. The default location of the logs is "c:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server ...
