I want to
add and attachment (word document) to a InfoPath form, once the end user submit,
the attachment is store in a SP library, the attachment should have a unique ID
so when file is called upon again in the future it can easily be found.
Have you
done this before or is it possible?

What are the settings on the drop down control? Is it getting its values from a secondary data source?

So far I think/am afraid, it is not possible.
Maybe with javascript, but that does not work in a form.
I can't believe that I am the only one who needs this sort of functionality though ... :S

But the problem is that the auto populated row contains a single value in dropdown.But if the user click add a new row, then the dropdown should show a list and user can select any one.so how should i manage this problem?

I have created an InfoPath 2013 Browser form on SharePoint 2013. I then added in a Data Connection to a 4MB XML to retrieve additional data and the form now takes just over a minute to open.
