I have a drop down with YES/NO - If you select YES a hidden section appears with a Multi Selection List Box ..... I need this to be required but ONLY if the drop down is set to YES.. I can't add a validation rule to either the section or the list box ... I have also tried using a trigger (setting a text box to 1 if a value is selected, but ...

The point of concatenating with "-1" is because we may not know the SharePoint ID number for the account. For example, I could give you access to my site, but you won't have an ID # until you've actually visited it. So the "-1" means "go look it up you lazy server" (I'm paraphrasing here) - does that make ...

Thanks for the quick reply! I've actually got "some" of this accomplished in other parts of the form. The users wanted a drop-down list when picking company representatives (because they were always the same, and it's easier to pick from a drop down than to actually use the people picker...or so they say =/ ...

Not sure if I'm on the right forum for this, but since I'm using qRules in my form, I thought I'd start here! =)
I have a form that contains fields for a follow-up task. One of the fields is "Assigned To," which is a People-Picker field. I have:Used "SubmitToSharePointList" to save the name using ...

mmmm. I think I know what you're saying now, but wouldn't this require me to have a trigger button for every row that the user would have to press row by row?
-
I guess I'm just really confused on how it differentiate between rows and won't set the same fuel rate for each row.
-
OK i think i get what you're saying but what confuses me is how to set the value of the second row for example. Since the fuel rate field is the same field for every row when I set the value won't it change the entire column to whatever it queries?
Thanks
