Maybe try setting it to a default formula in the data source task pane? See if that overrides the entries you have in the default data?

Hi Hilary, quick question- Is there any way to change the name of the 'Item' in the default values list. I want to see if I can change it to a formula to say what is in the name section of the row. Do you think I can do that? Thanks, Jayson.

You may want to look at trying to use an additional formula to subtract the dates. I would subtract date 2 from date 1 and then subtract one. In the formulat above, it would take 20141013 - 20141011 (2 days) minus 1 (an additional day) and return the days to a separate field from the hours. Out of the box this is probably ...
