I put together a quick test, and HTML seems to be correctly formed (attached here - save the file locally, right click and select Design, then preview) - I'm using the nested repeating group for the first argument in the double-eval? I'm just not sure what the issue you are running into with your HTML string is - can you paste the sample ...

I should add - it doesn't look like you are using any of the commands that require the admin qRules DLL? You may also want to try the sandbox version and just publish directly to a test library instead of admin approving....

I'll take a look at the log file. Here's a form with custom code - you can try publishing this as admin approved and see if you have any issues with it. When you publish, it will whine about the location of the source code - you should be able to just click Ignore on that and finish publishing. The code just sets a field's value if I ...

Hmmmmm. I guess maybe I'd just add a calculated value under the people picker with "Please enter an email address" for the text. You could even hide that if the account ID is not blank.

No - I think the only way to do that would be in code, unfortunately.... Are you using SharePoint? You may be able to use SharePoint Designer or Flow to send your emails....

Oh, I don't know - I think I'd try to first figure out why I'm not always getting data. I suppose you could re-run the rules you are running to initially get the info if the fields are blank? You could make the email field required, so the form can't be submitted if the field is blank.... I'd be happy to take a look at your ...
