 Hi, is it possible to set a screen tip for People Picker in InfoPath form? I even try to click on People Picker Properties and enter a screen tip "Please enter an email address" under Advanced tab, but it does not display. Also, there is no way to set validation for People Picker in order to show a screen tip. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hmmmmm. I guess maybe I'd just add a calculated value under the people picker with "Please enter an email address" for the text. You could even hide that if the account ID is not blank.
