I can't predict how long your InfoPath forms will continue to work on SharePoint 365. Only Microsoft knows that. I don't have much knowledge about Microsoft Forms - last time I looked at them, they were pretty limited. If you start using FormsViewer with your list form, the form will still query from and submit to a SharePoint list. If ...

I'd probably just add a "FormDate" field and in an onload rule set that to today if it is currently blank. Then you can use that for your validation and it will stay stable.

GetUser XTP
This XTP allows you to easily add the GetUserProfile service to query user information in your forms.
There are two versions in the package. The GetUser XTP (or the simpler version) only returns user information for the current logged in user and manager (optional), while the GetUser XTP – Reusable version has an option to reuse the ...

Hi,
I am trying to set a Start Date field with validation rule as Start Date <addDays(today(),11) for a minimum 10 days from submission date. However, when the form is submitted and after and/or more than 10 days if the user opens the submitted form and tries making edits for other fields. Then, the Start Date field will ...

Can I create the same form in MS forms, also with repeating sections?
I also heard about FormsViewer.
After I have transformed my infopath form, what kind of data do I have then? How can I edit it in ...

Hi,
Using InfoPath 2013, I have a form which I want to use the merge form function in File >> Share, to bring data from a different form.
This is working due to taking the same template and then adding another column into the expanding tables and uploading the form as a new title.
The problem I have is that the new column ...

To answer your first question - to the best of my knowledge, there is no way to submit a single list form to multiple lists. I would guess that to show all items from the list you'd need to add another data connection to the list and just query for all data when switching to your new view?

Hi Hilary,
I also got another question:
Successfully I created the form attached. By clicking the top button it only shows me the tasks which belong to a specific title.
Is it possible to add a new view to this form where all the tasks (of all titles) can be shown?
Thank you!
