Ah, I think I get it now - I think you mean the nesting is going to get deeper? Right now your secondary XML is down to repeating at subunit - will be there be additional groups nested in that?

I've tried consolidating my xml files for my master form, I have about 8 or 10 seperate xml files. I've added it back to my form but when I add the xPath back for Situation it appears that Stituation, Execution and Command source data is being consolidated under all three paragraphs. Is my xml file broken?

So - some users w/ Win 7 don't have the crash? I guess I'd try repairing Office first.

Yes all users have Infopath 2007. The only difference is in the o/s. some users have Win 7, some have XP.
The specific user has Win 7.

Hello All...actually I come across with this forum upon searching for the solution. Have problem with some user, when using their account to login the PC, they cannot save the form into library instead showing an error as below, but all is ok if they using other account to login the PC and click save:
