Team, Can someone please tell me how to remove the light borders around my fields on an email. I changed them to calculated fields and that works for one field. The other fields, like the people picker will no longer work correctly when I change them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank You, MarieA

Hi - sorry I didn't get back to you via email. So - I think the issue you have is that sometimes there is a claims prefix (i:0#.w|) on your user name. I would not expect this to be an issue based on browser, however, but environment. At any rate, if you substring off the i:0#.w| and then set your Account query field to that prior to running ...
