I want to know in which cases should I install the form on the client machin and in which cases not. How to know? and what is the different?

My code of the form (wich in c#) contain a Web reference to a Web Service. I called it from the code by this way:
MyService.Service FormWS=new MyService.Service();
FormWS.MyMethod();
Do I need certificate or MSI???

My Text box is DataType Decimal.
In my code I have this:
this.thisXDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode(''//my:myFields/my:MyTextBox'').nodeTypedValue= 4.77
I get this Error
''System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException''
It's work only when the Text Box type is Text!
Do I need do somthing with IXMLDOMNode?

I creates a MSI file for to different InfoPath forms.
When I try to install the second form I get an error masaege that it's already exist and that I need to remove ut from ''Add or Remove Programs''
The forms have 2 different names. What is the problem???

You told about 2 ways for full trust form
1) Sign the form by cerificate
2) Create MSI file by the RegForm command.
Wich one is better to me?
