Can't install 2 form

I creates a MSI file for to different InfoPath forms.
When I try to install the second form I get an error masaege that it's already exist and that I need to remove ut from "Add or Remove Programs"

The forms have 2 different names. What is the problem???

Apparently, Windows thinks they don't have two different names. Please go to Add or Remove and remove all previous. Now try adding.
