Hi-
So if I understand correctly, you will have cascading dropdowns using QueryDB. How many organizations do you have? (i.e, how many options in the first dropdown?)
Once the user selects an organization, you can use that to filter such that QueryDB only returns the subset of addresses associated to that organization. This means that your second ...

The data connection in your form was created using this link?:

Are you on SharePoint 2010? For ShP 2010 Browser forms, the URL needs an extra parameter: noredirect=true
I guess another option is that the form and the list are not on the same SharePoint instance/site, but I believe qRules would return a different error message in that scenario.

The Error/Success/Result nodes are in the QdabraRules secondary data source, not in the FilterOwssvr data source. Can you display those in the canvas and see what error comes back when the command is executed? Thanks.

Hi Bob,
I can think of two ideas:
1. Since you're working in the browser, please make sure to set the controls (those that call qRules) such that their Postback setting is set to Always.
2. Display the Error/Success/Result nodes in the canvas to see if any messages come up that might give us a clue.
Thanks.

For your second question: you can populate from an XML. This tutorial ...

I think that you'll also need to Publish the form template (File > Publish) to get its template name updated.

Glad you figured it out! :)

I think what you're describing is a cascading dropdown. Check out this blog, perhaps it will help.

It might be that the strange reference is getting added when saving to the SharePoint list. Here's what I suggest:
1. Do the steps you describe for day 1.
2. Open the form in Notepad and search its contents for xdado:OsoZ9.
3. Do the steps you describe for day 2.
4. Download the form from the ShP list and open it in Notepad. ...
