    Form Folders

We recently created a form via InfoPath 2007.  I published it as an email and attached the form template to ensure it could be read by mobile users. Previously I had published it with the form embedded in the email and all sorts of wingdings and odd characters appeared on some of the forms (depending upon the settings of the person sending it).  Publishing with the form as an attachment seemed to solve that problem.  An email was sent via publishing to all users with the new form.  However, whenever someone submits the form and I receive the email, it asks me if I want to create a form folder.  It does this every time.  I know our users will find this very annoying.  Is there a way to eliminate this?  I appreciate any help on this as I am very new to InfoPath.

Never mind - it's been too long since I created the first form:).  I figured out you just click don't ask me this again and it stops.
