Hi Sean, I agree with you that he Check In/out appraoch would be the best solution. You may want to check out Qdabra’s Check In and Out XTP and add it to your InfoPath form - this XTP by the way has the feature which automatically checks out the form once it has been opened by any user, and checks it back in upon submit or form close. ...
