Hi, Sailor - If you click on the dropdown for each condition and select "Select field or group" you'll see the first condition is on the rows returned in the LR Admins group, and the second is from LR Employees. Basically, the condition checks that you are not an admin, but you are an employee. Make sense?

I recently purchased a "Leave Request" template from Qdabra, which includes qRules finishedloading in the data connection. One of the rules includes the following 2 conditions:

The working solution on this form was to not use "auto" for button height in InfoPath, and set a specific height. This has not been a problem in the past for this InfoPath template. If set to auto then only the 2px of the button height is shown in IE, if exact pixels are set for button height, then button displays correctly. So ...

Thanks, I realized afterwards what you meant and tried it. As you noted it does not really work.
It is not big deal as I can use a Rich Text box if needed.
I was just wondering if someone came across this idiosyncrasy.

And since I was curious, I did my own test - text is still truncated with a calc'd value. But then I added a rich text box to my form, set it to default to the value of the field bound to the plain text box, and emailed the view with the RT control on it - and that was not truncated. :)

I must not be explaining clearly - I apologize. Since you email a specific view, I'm suggesting that in one view the user enters data (like the text in the text box) and in the view you email, instead of having a text box, you'd have a calculated value that simply displays the text the user has already entered.

The plain text box is used to put in instruction on an implementation plan, thus is always free form.
I would not know how an expression box can help.
It is not a big issue to me as the situation is very rare (took years for it to rear it's ugly head).
The alternative is to cut and paste the instructions into a Doc and attaching that. ...
