I'm trying to use a Repeating Section in an InfoPath form to allow users to enter data about a deficiency, if necessary. The Deficiency Comments field does appear as a Repeating Section, but the user cannot enter any data into the field.

Yes, that did it! Hand-craming a valid case sensitive Username returned the appropriate and correct email address. Problem is the list (of thousands) wasn't created so that both columns have data.
