Yeah, I would just let them add rows and have the controls show up. I'll get you an updated form later today that uses a single description field and an XML file for the values, so you can see how that works. Then you don't have quite as many conditional formatting rules to maintain.

I should add - have you considered having a single field for the description and then using a secondary data source (like an XML or SharePoint list) for the values? Filtering could be used to only display the values based on the selection in the first dropdown (I can help you with that if you need it) .... I'm also a bit confused by the design ...

So - looking at the various data connections, I see several for "Hiboux" - one is from the default data connection for the lookup for the field labelled Hibou. The other two I'm guessing you created while working on this - but neither Hiboux1 or 2 include the Province column. We'd need that if the intent is to have the Hibou ...

Is it the dropdowns that aren't displaying as you expect? Or the column after that, the one with radio buttons / checkboxes?

Any chance I can see a copy of the form? You can attach it under the options tab in a reply....

Changing a field name will remove the data from the already created XML if you change the versioning settings in the template to update - so you may not want to do ...

Yuck, I know, right? But sadly - no. The data isn't "entered" until the user tabs out. You could, instead of disabling the submit button, have rules on your submit that prevent submit unless all fields are populated. See attached sample, right click the linked file and save locally, right click the saved file and select Design and ...

Yeah, I'm sorry, I don't actually understand what you are trying to say. I'd guess the issue with conditional formatting would be the rule is not correct? Feel free to attach a copy of your form if you'd like me to take a look.

Yeah - dealing with groups is a little tricky. It can be done - you can use a SharePoint HTTP request to get the members of the group, and then you can loop through them and add their email addresses to a variable. I'll try to walk through that later this week, and set up another quick video.
