Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-10-2015 Re: Solution to get data from a sharepoint list, operate on it and put results into a semicolon delimited list for workflow without code Ha - you just made my day. So one way you could test this is just set up a workflow that sends an email, like on a test list or something, and use a column from the test list for the "To" in the email... then create a list item that is semicolon delimited user ids. See if the email gets sent as anticipated. When you know that will work ... Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-10-2015 Re: InfoPath 2013 on Windows 10, error message unreadable. Oh this is terrible, right? We've seen this on Windows 8.1 machines too. Open the Event Viewer and under Applications and Services, look for the Microsoft Office Alerts log. You'll find the text there. Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-10-2015 Re: Solution to get data from a sharepoint list, operate on it and put results into a semicolon delimited list for workflow without code That's interesting. I didn't know SharePoint would do that. (I'm still quite the SharePoint newbie.) I guess this post shows I should have put this question in the "Newbie" forum, huh? So, now all I need to do is take the userID's from the list, concat them separated with a semicolon, and ... Posted to General (Forum) by rayzermatic on 09-10-2015 Re: Function to round time UP to nearest hour? Thank you Hilary. I appreciate you looking. ElapsedTime is indeed a default value. And to be 100% honest these formulas are way beyond me too! I struggled for a long time, and was following an example I saw elsewhere, which did handle the time calculation...but now I need to do the rounding. I wonder...should I not be able to somehow use a ... Posted to General (Forum) by Sailor on 09-10-2015 InfoPath 2013 on Windows 10, error message unreadable. Hi, It seems like a Windows 10 "thing" but never harms to ask. Some, not all, error message's are show in a way where you can only read a small part of the message. For example, when I make a mistake in the xPath editor, I get the enclosed error message. Of course I can click on details in this case, but that's not always ... If your workflow sends to the users account ID, won't that automatically resolve to their email address? Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-09-2015 Insert Row and Copy to another repeating table when an item had change Hi, Good day. Just want to inquire if there is a way using Qrules to insert a new row to a second repeating table and update the value in the second repeating everytime the same field is changed from the first repeating table. In the below, if I change the First Name on the first repeating table, a new row should be added on ... Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Rommel Sta. Juana on 09-09-2015 Repeating Data 02-28 CAML ootb Webinar I bought this webinar from Qdabra. I have tried to set this up several times with out success. I emailed Qdabra with no response. There is even an error in their instruction files, when compared to the video webinar, specifically the set CMD to 'Update' rule. That is not my problem however. Everything seems to be setup correctly, ... Posted to General (Forum) by Majik on 09-09-2015 Re: What's the best method to get a list item URL? Yeah, we usually just use a calculated value for that - if you use an owssvr.dll data connection you should be able to get back the actual link, so that may be worth a try.
