You are having an issue because this is a list form and attachments are handled differently there - you'll notice the attachments field isn't repeating. If you attach some files in preview and go to File > Save As and look at the XML, you'll see that there is nothing stored in the attachments node.
The only work around I can ...

It has been working! Thank you so much for the advice and contribution.
I have another issue with a fields using the whole number (integer) for Currency Format. Please see the link: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/30509/104107.aspx#104107

The input of any currency will work such as 2000000 and it will convert to $2,000,000
However, I am also using the form to view data from a list while using the InfoPath form.
I have wrote a few pattern validation rules, but the error "Only integers allowed" (see below) continues to persist.

Hello,
I've been searching for an answer to this, but I am having trouble finding one already posted.
Here is my question.

Just wanted to update this thread - it appears the issue had to do with special chars in the file name. As a work around, the GetAttachmentAttribute command can be used to get back the filename, and then the /namexpath parameter can be used in SubmitToSharePointList to submit a name without special characters. I'm going to add a bug to our bug ...

Hi Bre,
I'm a little bit confused, I'm terribly sorry.
I also thought it'd be best to have the forms load content from a sharepoint list, so changing that column (ie. "TeamMembers") can be updated at any time, and all 11 or so forms would pull current information, rather than going into each form and republishing ...
