well you have 2 options. Edit the list to see the form or use the send email function to attach the form once submitted. I Know that the infopath form can't be exported in excel

Thank you for your quick response. The users would like to export a single submitted SharePoint list form to a file so they can be able to review data in it instead of Excel. So, I am not sure if a SharePoint list form can be exported to a file like a Form SharePoint library that would be nice. Thanks, :)
