I am creating a PrintView for the already existing form.So in the
Printview I am adding the calculated value fields in the printview.
Everything works fine expect the File attachment Field. I thought the
Calculated Value Field will give the file name of the file attached.
But it is giving the some thing like ...

I have coded a button in my form that exports the current view in PDF format to a file share. The filename is auto generated based on a field in my form called "Filename". I want to also auto generate the file share location, instead of hard coding it.

So - no code in the form? Or the form has code & the errors started happening after you added workflow? You should probably open a support ticket with Microsoft via the Office 365 admin page - include the correlation ID from the error so they can help you figure out what is going wrong.

On the site where the content type is, there is likely a library where the content type resides - I was suggesting you go to that library to try to open the form directly.
