getting error migrate infopath 2007 to infopath 2013

     Hi

Currently I am using DBXL version 2.4 which is working on  InfoPath 2007 and word 2007.

I am trying to move the window 8 version, InfoPath 2013 and word 2013.

I save the existing InfoPath form into my local via DBXL admin tool then did bellow step.

    1. Form options from Compatibility Form type -> InfoPath 2010 Filler Form

    2.  VB code open in vsta 2013 and upgrade .net framework 4.0 and build it.

    3. publish InfoPath form in my local.

    4. attach into DBXL via admin tool.

But when I download the InfoPath file, I am getting the following errors.  Please help and advise!

InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
One or more required components of InfoPath or the form template cannot run because of a security restriction.
Contact your system administrator or run Setup again to confirm that .NET Programmability Support is installed on your computer.

This is a client side error.  In Control Panel you can go through Programs and Features and select change for Microsoft Office.

Then make sure the .NET Programmability Support is installed
