Just as an update, i removed the query on form load and created a button to query the data with the original data connection, it reduced the query time to around 1 minutes and 15ish seconds, which feels like forever, waiting for it while you cant do anything till its done but it did stop the form giving an error/crashing on load. Hello, I am using InfoPath 2010 and have a workflow approval form linked to the task list.  Field changes that I make in the task list are not updating in the InfoPath approval/task form.  Any ideas?

Authentication will either require your environment be configured using Kerberos, which can be complex to get configured.  The other alternative is to use credentials from the Secure Store Service.  If connecting to the remote service using a single set of credentials is sufficient, that would be the quickest way of getting it ...

 My image is not showing up. Version number is 16.0.4266.1001. This is the standard version which is loaded all over the company.

I have configured Submit in the Infopath browser form to auto generate file name using date time stamp. Now users wants a functionally to have Save As option as well. The Problem is Save As allows them to assign file name them selves which is incorrect as that can screw up unique file necessity. How I autogenerate file Name having Save As Option ...

When you publish to a network location, there is a dialog in the publishing wizard you can use to set this to blank - see attached screenshot.
