Put an expression box on your form -- you'll find that in the controls -- and use that for the formula. It should display the location of the template, even in forms services.

No, I'm afraid not. You can, of course, create receive data connections to a SQL or Access database to pull data to your form, and you can use a web service to submit data to a db (either by building your own or puchasing -- we have a nice one available here), but if your form was not based on a database to begin with you won't have out of ...

Hi -- you want the site name the form is published to?
The formula:
substring-after(/processing-instruction()[local-name(.) = "mso-infoPathSolution"], 'href="')
will get you the url of the published template. You can further modify it to get just the site using other string functions....

Hi -- you should be able to add fields to the data source for a form that was created from a database -- but only to the root node. If you select the top folder in your form's main data source, you should have the option to add a field.

In preview, yes, you'll see the path to the manifest.xsf. Save your form and open it, like a user would to fill it out.... and you should get the full path to the xsn.

If your drop down entries are in a secondary data source, you could add an expression box that displays the data node that you are using for your 'display' in the drop down, filtered on the 'value' that was selected in the drop down. If your drop down entries are simply typed into the drop down control, which I think yours are, you ...

For a table? Not that I know of. In sections, you can conditionally format shading & font, but not borders. I suppose you could always put copies of your table with different formatting into sections you could show and hide conditionally, but that seems *really* high maintenance.....

What are the data types of the columns in the table that is causing you trouble? Do you get the same behavior in a new form template with no other data connecitons?
