Hilary Stoupa:You could add a repeating table bound to the repeating group that stores those entries, set it so users can't add/delete rows, then, instead of text boxes, change the fields to use expression boxes. That should give you a table that is only displaying the contents and doesn't allow changes.....
I got my form working using your suggestions...thank you so much for the help. Now I have another question / problem....
I am able to get the e-mail sent like I want. It looks fine on my computer via Outlook 2007, but when I try to send it to a user with a Blackberry it looks really weird. From what I can tell it is bc the form is rendering in HTML format or at least some other variant. Is there a way that I can send the e-mail out in plain text format?
Thanks again for all the help!
Edit:
I think that I figured it out. I didn't have render for mobile devices checked...duh! Now...any way to do all of this if we are using Outlook 2007 and Infopath 2003 and still be able to send the e-mail easily?
Thanks again!
