I want to hide a Section on an IP form when anyone other than members of a SP permission group view the form, or some other way to hide part of a form when anyone other than a specific set of users is viewing form. Thanks for looking at this. For me it just makes the broken picker bigger. The absence of the "General" and "SharePoint Server" tabs in the control properties points to something a bit more sinister.

Thanks alot, Hilary. It seems that was the issue, but for some reason it only affected the 'Employee Type' field. All is resolved now.
