Last » Re: Question about whether to use one SQL table for all forms You may need to use UDC connections for your secondary data connections, but as far as I understood, you are getting data back from those just fine, only having trouble with your submit? Since you are using code for your submit, instead of built in functionality, it seems most likely that it is a code error preventing your data from ... Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-14-2009 Re: One form, multiple rows in db on submit That is actually something you set up in the data connection -- in the wizard. So you could go to Manage Data Connections (bottom of the data source task pane), select your main connection and select Modify. When you get to the dialog with the data tree showing your table, select your main table in the tree, then click Modify Table. At the bottom ... Are you copying data from your secondary source into the main data sourece? Or are you saying your secondary data source isn't correct? I'm afraid I don't really understand the issue.... can you clarify a bit? Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-13-2009 Re: Microsoft acceass + Footer in a repeating table. (info path 2003) You should be able to just use expression boxes and the sum() function: sum(field1) in the expression box at the bottom of the field1 column, for example. Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-13-2009 Re: How to calculate business days with holiday. Here is a suggestion from StackOverflow for C#. Basically, you'll need to be keeping track of your holidays someplace (like a SQL table, or, I suppose, an XML file that you are using a secondary data source) and then check to see if any of your holidays are in the data range specified by your leave. Keep count of how many are, and then ... As to your second -- when you update your form, open it in design mode and, if needed, save it locally. Make your changes to the form, then re-publish it. If the form is used in more than one library, you may want to publish it as a content type, ... Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-13-2009 Re: One form, multiple rows in db on submit It sounds from your description like you have your data connection set up correctly. If you walk through your main data connection again, have you set the main table to not be repeating? Posted to Data Connections (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-13-2009 Re: problem in Submitting data from infopath form to sql server via programming Do you have any errors in the design checker? What is your code like? I'm wondering if it is a security issue -- you might be better off creating a UDC for the data connection, then modifying the connection's command in code to an insert command. I think this will keep you from having to make your form full trust, as well. Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 09-13-2009 Re: Access to SAP with out using Single Sign-On/With Single Sign-On in Infopath Forms Services Hi -- Save your form as source files (under the File menu) and then open manifest.xsf in a text editor of your choice. Look for xsf:dataObjects. That is the element that will contain any secondary data connections for your form. You should be able to find your SAP information there. Instead of changing this in the manifest, you should be able ... You query for the record in the form, then make a change, then submit?
