Désolé, mais on ne pout pas utiliser l'option "Autoriser l'utilisateur à joindre uniquement les types de fichers suivant" dans un formulaire de "browser." Si vous souhaitez utiliser cette option, vous devez créer une formulaire de "filler."

I'm pretty sure Full Trust is the only way to solve this. InfoPath isn't allowed to access the local hardware, peripherals, or filesystem without running in full trust. The likely issue is that you are passing a blank value into a numeric or object parameter and this is causing the issue. The options you have are:
Pass the entire XML to the web service as a single parameter, and process it in the web service.
Change all your parameter types to string, and handle them individually in the web ...

To increment a field value, just use a rule to set the field's value to
Field + 1.
This formula should work for appending leading zeros:
concat(substring("0000", string-length(Field) + 1), Field)
