Hi Sudheer,
My guess is that the code is doing something inefficient. Make sure that you aren't propagating the events infinitely by making changes to the node which is causing hte event and not checking in the event handler for reentrance. This is covered in the book in chapter 2.

This is one of the big limitations of InfoPath. There is no good cross-development environment. Best thing to do would be to go to File->Extract Files to extract contents of each xsn to 2 separate folders and then use a diffing program like windiff to see the differences. In the scenario of having multiple different InfoPath forms open at the same time, using managed code how would you uniquely identify an InfoPath form.
that is maybe you are iterating through the Application's XDocuments collection. What / Where is the ''form ID'' type property.
