Hi,
I have an InfoPath form that users select yes/no check boxes and hit save. The issue I have is each time a user opens the form again in edit view the checkboxes all default back to empty ('No').
Is there a way to have them retain their previously selected state?
Thanks!!

I have a process that I have built out using an InfoPath 2013 form on SharePoint. I started with the most common way, which is when a check is received. One user scans that check and starts it starts the Transmittal Form. I have worked that form all the way through the process and it works pretty well from the scanning ...

We have a form that uses @maxID+1 to add to the next form so each form number gets incremented by 1 each time a new one is created and this is all working very well. But instead of starting off at "1", we want to start off at "1747". How can we make this happen?
Thanks!
Dan

3. Programmatically (using VB) step through 11 ...

Hmmm - well, I know I'd want to store my options in SharePoint rather than update a form. :) At any rate, if you decide to revisit this and want to recreate the issue in a test form, drop a copy of the template here & I can take a look. I'm out of the office next week, so it would be the week of the 15th. :)

Hi Hillary,
Just by you asking that question, I was able to find the issue. I should have trusted my gut. I work in healthcare and had HIPPA concerns about forwarding the form. I opted to recreate a faux form to create the same problem. Except this time it worked. The only difference between the faux form and the actual is that ...

It sounds like you have a rule on the field bound to the drop down to clear the values in the other fields? If you want, attach your form to a reply under the Options tab and I'll take a quick look.

Hey, Mark - can you attach your form in a reply under the Options tab?
