Hi jeanpaul, Directly in InfoPath there is no such method, but as you said you can use translate. Other way is write a funtion to convert data to uppercase by using string.ToUpper() function. Agni InfoPath Dev India

Is there a way to upper case all the input in a form, instead of having to apply the translate function to every field in the form.

  • Re: Data Binding a Drop Down List

Hi speddi, Welcome to the Forum! You cannot do the way that you do with asp.net. If you want a value to be selected by default then you need to set that value directly into the form xml. Once you set the value to the field that is bound to the dropdown then that value is shown as selected in the UI. Hope this Helps! Agni InfoPath Dev India
