Hi, I have a repeating section that has a date picker for the 'Start' and 'End' dates. It also has a field that computes for the difference in days between the two dates. I found an article that shows how to do date calculations at this site,

Hi,
In our application, we have comment tag for every input field to provide help text for user. So we want value of this tag to appear as screen tip for controls. But looks like screen tip is not recognoizing xpath expressions..
Is there a way infopath to bind screen tip of a control to xml field using some xpath exp..?

i can save my form without problems (that`s fine ;-)) ... now i think about how to write different fields (values) to other lists.
e.g. i have a form that is used for the case x and this form has some fields to enter names of persons. now i need this names also in an other list of sharepoint. at this time i have to fill this list by hand ...

Hi,
You are working with a secondary data source, right? So, why don't you add a field (field4) to your SQL Query, Web Service which is:
field1 lenght * field2 lenght * field3 lenght
just check if the field4 = 0.
(In any case, Length = 0 is better than .text = '''')
