Hi,
You need to copy RegForm.exe (found in the InfoPath SDK) in your bin\Debug folder.
Then, you create a batch file in the same folder with the following:
copy C:\MyFolder1\......\MyForm.xsn
regform /U urn:MyForm:MyCompany /T Yes /MSI MyForm.xsn
It will generate the msi that you are looking for.

Hi Connie,
You are not supposed to work with the xsn from the bin folder. The urn of your fully trusted is pointing to the manifest.xsf, it can't point to the xsn at a different location with the same urn (urn and location are saved in the registry).
It will work OK when you deploy the form on a client computer. Just generate an msi for it and ...

In the manifest.xsf file root node, I have been remove publishUrl attribute with its value. And I create a JavaScript file that grants FullTrust permissions to form template.

Lee, did you try to call your code from the OnContextChange event (with the check for IsNew(), but to try to call your code automatically)? Just a thought...
