Umm... Don't you just select the node using the C# funtions and then when you get the Node object of the textbox do myNodeObject.text = ''new placeholder value'';

Why don't you use Managed Code behind your InfoPath form?

Hi,
I think all is in the title but is it possible to make this with a c# code? or I have to try to make a xsl:choose in the View.xsl?
Thanks for your comments

Hi Thierry,
Use two sections both of which contain buttons that look different; conditionally show one or the other based on a secondary data source setting that changes when you click on them.... happy days!
