Hi,
If it is regular list box, then OnAfterChange event fires immediately after you select a value. So you can load data into the secondary DOM which is bound to the control in the OnAfterChange event.
I think it should be possible with our control also.

Hi,
You are passing the node instead of string value to SetSaveAsDialogFileName.
Code should be
GMSRef = XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode(''my:myFields/group3:Date'');
XDocument.UI.SetSaveAsDialogLocation(''c:\\test'');
XDocument.UI.SetSaveAsDialogFileName(GMSRef.text);
Hope this code works for you!

Hi,
One idea is to look for the cost node in OnContextChange event when you tab into cost node, keep this event in a global temp variable called previousContextNode.
When your OnContextChange event fires for the next time look if the previousContextNode was cost node. If it is cost node use thisXDocument.View.SelectText or ...

If you are using JScript to clone the section and insert it you will want to use .cloneNode(false). The false means that you will be cloning without ''deep'' mode. However, when you clone using this method you will have to manually .appendChild() all of the children of the section that you want to see displayed. Alternatively, you can go ahead ...

I used this tutorial when doing something similiar - it helped a lot!http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=d663d7df90e94e65abb02632966e8127
Using the index that you create with that tutorial it should be easy to reference which repeating section you're currently on, and then reference the nodes within this repeating section to ...

Adam,
Another (and I think easier) solution to this problem uses JScript and a nested DOM structure to accomplish the same thing (albeit, losing a lot of performance). To get started check out this threadhttp://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1076 and then stay tuned in the next couple of days for a new How-To article addressing ...

Thanks a lot for your help.
In fact I'd like to show the list of the submitted forms of only one form in a different homepage but not in the same site that was published (cause I know it's possible).
What I want to do is filter the status column in the customized view and looking for all ''waiting for development'' forms (status) for example.
Is ...

Patrick,
I had this error come back on me and I now know how to create the error. This is a bug in InfoPath. I decided to make another InfoPath form on the side and I was able to create the error the first time.
To create this error.
1 - Create a new blank
2 - Add a secondary data source to the form. I used an existing webservice I had that ...
