Wow,
hey thanks for that fast answer. But my question was more like, can i set up a rule or what ever that entries of let's say userA are black (writing color) and additional entries made from userB (in almost the same view) after receiving have red (writing color).
Hmm while writing that I think I already found the solution with the help of ...

Hi Jason,
This is really a very strategic decision on their part and makes me think that it is very cool and worth looking into. Who is the host? How do we get a beta?

Hi Franck,
For the 2nd question ... there is an ''Attachment Name'' setting in the e-mail data connection wizard that controls whether or not the xml form is attached. Just delete it.

Hi Folks,
just a little question from an infopath newbie. In our company we have something like a Request/Review/Response process. The view the requestor and the receiver have are almost 100% the same. Actually it would be the best to make some restrictions to the receivers view to make sure that he didn't make any changes. However in many cases ...

Hi Jean,
Good to have you back! I hope you are feeling better. :)
I don't think this will affect run-time perf very badly. The XSL apply algorithm is impacted by number of controls in page, size of dropdowns, etc. Note: there is a good article on perf on the MSDN website.
I don't think you'd need behind-the-scenes script or managed code to ...
