Hello,
I'm new here, and also very new to InfoPath 2010 and Sharepoint 2013.
I have been asking to create a form that users will fill out. The information once submitted, will go into a SQL Database that I will design to fit whatever is entered into the form. I have created a form in Infopath 2010, and this is the first time I have used ...

Probably not necessary, but thanks. I've made a lot of use of selectively hidden/displayed sections before (state of answers, steps in a workflow, who's looking at the form, etc.), but that was always in web forms on a full blown SharePoint site. It just never occurred to me in this "dumbed down" context. I ...

Unfortunately, there is no date diff function in InfoPath - with a list form I'm afraid a complex calculation like the one in the linked post may be your only option... unless there is a way to update a days remaining field with workflow? I've not tried that tho. :)

I have built an InfoPath List Form but now facing the obstacle of not being able to publish it as a site content type. I need to be able to submit the form to several libraries. Is there any known work around?

I have an InfoPath 2013 form which I make available to users through a SharePoint Foundation 2013 page. Because it is SP Foundation, there is no InfoPath Form Service available and no Web View, so I use the InfoPath "Submit" to email the form to a predefined list of users. Everyone who fills out the form has at least ...

Look into preceding-sibling formulas for your numbering - but if you are trying to get the list item ID for the item, you probably need to query the list. Maybe include something unique to the item in your submit. Do you have a person / group column you are trying to submit data to? If so, you need to use values like the following (I don't ...

Any suggestion on how to achieve this type of auto numbering? Also, how can i send person picker value as domain/jdoe ie. Accountid to the sharepoint list?
