Hi,
Do the following steps to disbale the Design This Form toolbar.
1.Open the form in design mode.
2.Go to Tools menu and select Form options.
3.In that Click on General tab and check the ''Enable protection'' check box.
4.click on ok button.
Now when you open the form to fill out you will not get ''Design'' in the toolbar.
