I'm having an issue with preventing form submission where such submission bypasses the custom form validation I've written.
I've disabled the Submit button on the toolbar and the only method of submitting the form normally is using a button with .NET code behind it.
However when viewing the form, if the user closes InfoPath, they are prompted ...

I have noticed that the header information is stored within the manifest file
<printSettings header=''...''>

Patrick - i am having trouble finding the example of the filtering of the remove in the SDK - I am new to jscript and and programming in Infopath, so the example is sorely needed. Can you point out what part of the SDK contains it? Sorry again
Thanks

Thanks for the tip, Patrick. BTW, after experimenting with all of the possible printing options I settled on ExcelML. It wasn't too difficult to create an XML-to-Excel XSL file for the various InfoPath views.

I have a form with multiple views and if you click on the New Record button from a view, it redirects you back to the default view.
Is there a way to make the New Record stay on the current view?
Thanks

Not possible, and this is the biggest limitation of SharePoint views. SharePoint supports flat promotion.
However, one workaround is to create separate fields for each of the rows in your collection. Then you can display. Problem is that SharePoint limits the number of columns you can display.

Hi Grizeen,
I'm sorry Amazon is so lame on the delivery. No idea. Anyway, great question. The rules themselves don't filter Remove, Insert and Update. They always fire on all of these. If you need to filter out Remove, you will need to write some code, which means an OnAfterChange handler.
