  • Re: using OnAfterSubmit element

Hi NewToInfoPath, Your last response includes a snipped of XSF text that is not JS code. It's part of the form template. I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Can you paste in the code for your OnAfterSubmit handler? We'll help you debug the if statement. Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP] InfoPath Dev Seattle

That would require installing digital signatures for the users though, which is a high bar. The image that you refer to is actually a ...

  • Re: preceding-sibling question

Figured it out, thought ill post it in case theres more questions about it. Under the field where you want the number to autoincrement, go to its properties, click the Value button and type count(preceding-sibling::*/@Field) + 1 (where @Field is your increment field). Cheers,

  • Add attribute

Hi there. I want to set a date picker to a date. I read I have to remove the nil attribute in order to do that. This works great, *but* the date picker is then set to can not be blank. How can I readd the attribute in case the user wants to remove the date? Thanks!

Hi Agni, Thanks for your reply, but I am confused with your example code. I'll try to clarify my question: Pretend I have 5 field(elements), under the myFields group. I want to run some code which will find all fields under the myFields group and then display the fields value one at a time. From your code, I'm not sure what node is. I would ...
