How do I get the Item Number to increment when I add new rows to my table?

I am trying to merge forms together to create somewhat of a project summary.
In the merged form, I want to group all the Projects with all the associated tasks.
I expect the final form to appear somewhat like:
<Project> *Repeating
<Tasks></Tasks> *Repeating
</Project>

Can you check your data source once and see whether that field is repeating or not. If that field is not repeating then you have to change it to repeating before change binding on that field.
For changing the repeating field you have to set one property to that field in schema. Property is maxOccurs = “unbounded” then that field is ...

I got past my connection error.... I included an Identity impersonate=''true'' tag in the web service web.config file and now it submits.
