hi Agni, thanks for the speedy reply :)
A couple of questions regarding the solution:
quote://Get the root node
IXMLDOMNode rootNode = getNode(''ROOTNODEXPATH'');
In JScript equivalent, would this be something like:
var rootNode = XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode(''/my:myFields'');

Hi, You need to edit your existing schema, you need to extract you files and edit the Schema. You dont need to reattach your schema it will get automatically affected after you edit it.
Open the schema and go to the line where your repeating node is referenced and set maxOccurs to '3'
Before
<xsd:element ref=''my:YOURREPEATINGNODENAME'' ...

Yes you can relink the form from the code.
Here is how you can do it,
//Get the root node
IXMLDOMNode rootNode = getNode(''ROOTNODEXPATH'');
//Get the new PI which points to the new template
string newPI = ''PIOFNEWTEMPLATE'';
//Create a new DOM
IXMLDOMDocument newXMLDOM = thisXDocument.CreateDOM();
//Load the XML
newXMLDOM.loadXML(newPI + ...

Hi,
Did you read the documentation of Database Accelerator that was suggested above. You can save your XML file values into a database using the above tool. It will read your XML file and save the data into different tables depending on your preparation of the database schema.

And later on, I publish template B to the same sharepoint folder.
When the form is loaded up, can I specify somewhere in the code (or using any existing ...

Are you trying to recreate the form from the tutorial? If you followed the steps exactly, the code should work (I still have my XSN that I made for that HowTo if you want it). Or are you trying to apply the HowTo to your own situation?
Either way, it sounds like you are getting an XPath error so that selectSingleNode returns a null object. As a ...

This seems like your XPath is wrong. Can you paste the string that you pass to the getNode() function?
If this string is automatically generated you can add a QuickWatch in the Microsoft Script Editor that will tell you what the value of this variable is.

Hopefully this will keep someone from pull their hair out in the future...
This error occured to me because of a namespace issue. I had a form that had been developed originally on a previous version of InfoPath. I was creating a new view that would be heavily based off of a view that was already created. Therefore I figured that I would copy ...
