What type of data source is it? Could you give us an example of one of those errors?

No, I think you should reuse group72. Drag it with the right mouse button into your new view and choose Repeating Table, then drag it into the view again and select Repeating Section.
Fields do not have to be represented or created the main view to be included in the myFields schema. They don't have to be present in any view at ...

You need to create a repeating table and a repeating section both bound to your repeating group.
On the Master/Detail tab of the table's properties, indicate it as a Master and give it any Master ID you like.
Then on the Master/Detail tab of the repeating section's properties, indicate it as a Detail, and select that Master ID from the ...

I assume that by "template" you actually mean "document." If you're using the 2007 OM, you can get the URL of a document with this.Uri.

and you can extend this pattern for more option buttons.

Ah, I see now. Paging is fairly easy. Add a field called pageNo in your form and add conditional formatting to hide its rows on the condition
pageNo Is not equal to floor(count(preceding-sibling::my:repeatingGroupName)) + 1
You cannot use code to control the formatting of your form. It's not possible to change the ...

Sorry, I didn't realize that you were using a repeating table. Repeating tables' conditional formatting is perfectly capable of changing the table's background. You'd need to modify the conditional formatting on the controls inside it to change their color. You can't simply switch everything to another color scheme, ...

One thing that should work is to remove that rule and change the default value formula to:
(NoUnitsProvided * ServiceRate) * (1 - 2 * (ServiceType = "Service Payment"))
This will switch the value to negative when ServiceType is equal to Service Payment.

It should be possible to publish a full-trust form to SharePoint if you have the necessary admin privileges. Could you have a look at these links:
