How do I get the template's file name?

    Hello,

I need to be able to add code to my form so that I export a PDF copy of the form with the same name as the original template.  For example, if I have a template file on a Sharepoint server in a form library with a URL of http://myserver/People/JohnSmith.xml, I need to be able to export to a file named JohnSmith.pdf.

I have not been able to find anyhting in the object model which will give me the name, URL, or any identifying information about the main data source.  Is there any way to determine the name or URL of the main form template?  TIA!

I assume that by "template" you actually mean "document." If you're using the 2007 OM, you can get the URL of a document with this.Uri.
