You can manually modify the XPath for the repeating group in the mapping.xml. Change this:
<my:RepeatingGroup>my:myFieldsmy:group1/my:inventory_items/my:item</my:RepeatingGroup>
To this:
<my:RepeatingGroup>my:myFieldsmy:group1/my:inventory_items/my:item[my:approval='true']</my:RepeatingGroup>
Assuming your ...

In your initial description, you state that you created a form that has 3 fields in it -- one named "Address" and one named "ADDRESS" -- I'm wondering if you still have this issue if in your form that you are creating a data connection to you give those fields distinct names (i.e. different in more than case). Again, this ...

Kind of behaving as if something is not case sensitive (which is weird, it should be case sensitive, dealing with XML). Is there a reason you need two fields with the same name and different casing?

You need a separate mapping, submit connection & command for each.

Well, the error means that with the information provided, qRules was not able to select that field. Looking at your template and your mapping, I can see your "ID" field is inside your repeating group. But in your mapping, you've selected my:myFields as the repeating group. Actually, my:inventory_items is the repeating group.
When ...

Hi:
I don't know the answer to your question on your hosted SharePoint eviro, I'm afraid, hopefully someone else will chime in.
You can add attachments to a list item when you use SubmitToSharePointList. Here's a link to a doc that explains how.

Perhaps you can attach a sample of what you are doing and that will help me understand your issue. Under the Options tab you can attach a template file.

I've attached a sample that leverages a data connection to an XML file included as resource to the form to do this. Right click the link in the header to the post and "Save As" to save locally. Right click the local copy of the file and select Design to open in design mode. There is a rule on the drop down that sets the value of the ...

Sorry to break it to you -- but that will require code (or could probably be managed with qRules). You won't be able to bind a repeating table to two repeating groups. One work around would be to use the same repeating group whether the user selects "Person" or "Charity" -- but use conditional formatting to not show ...

Hey, since you also PM'd me on this, I thought I'd paste my reply to your PM here as well:
Hi - my apologies, I'm having trouble understanding your question.
I think you are asking if you can show a repeating table and a repeating section bound to the same repeating group in the data source in a single view in the form? If so, of ...
