I create the InfoPath from in this form I added no of fields we want to support the offline capability to user But I want to know is Person/Group Picker support offline capability? If yes then how? If No then how can achieve this? Please help me. This form only open in Infopath filler.I user InfoPath 2013.

Its Filler. Actually problem is in my drop down field where i bind the data from sahrepoint list in this list data is large.

 So - when you re-open an existing form, is something different happening that is querying all the list items? Do you have indexes on your list that is over the threshold?

Perhaps add a helper field to your template part that sets all the fields you need. Then your form load rule would only have to set the helper field! So - you could have a Boolean in your template part data source (not on the form) called "set" or whatever, and then in your form load rules, set that field to "true" - the ...

 Is this in the browser or the filler? Does this reproduce in a new view? Is there a lot of logic on the First Name field?

 So - you only have this issue in a large form? Your comment about creating several separate forms makes me wonder.... I have had forms in the past that behaved poorly in the browser, but generally they were very large / had complex views.... if you create a new, simple view in the same form, does it have the same issues?  Your form is just directly published to the library? No code or anything like that?

I don't think it is possible. Is the concern just with credentials? If so, maybe UDCX + SSO?
