How are you trying to switch? Do you want it to open in that view by default in the OnLoad code? Do you have onLoad code that tries to do the switching of the view?

Ok, I tried to simplify this and use just the secondary data source and the tblADAllowanceActualHeader table only.

I would have a default record in your tables that would be used as a template. So if knee was selected it would load the default knee template information and then the orthopedist could modify it from there. You may need a secondary data connection to load these depending on your data ...
