Using the Hyperlink Control you can link to the PDF Files or Tiff images
Using File attachments or Picture controls you can attach the PDF Files or Tiff Images

I found a solution. I solved it this way...

Hi friends,
Here i have new problem, i am doing one work flow form which have different levels of approval. Each level have options like forward, approve, reject. In each level some action will happen like forward,or approve.
Here i need to show all the previous actions that are happened to the form to the next level. That should be readonly ...
