Hi-
You don't mention what the error is, or whether the error happens during the publishing process or while opening the form. But Office 365 does not allow admin approve. Forms with code must be published directly to the library, thanks to the sandboxing option. Here's what Microsoft has to say:With InfoPath 2010, you can publish form ...

No problem. Glad it's resolved!

Ah, I see.
Clicking the link directly (http://<server>/Shared%20Documents/test.docx) is akin to going to the SharePoint document library and clicking on the link to open the document as Read Only.

I guess I would compare the location of the DBXL web service (http://<server>/qdabrawebservice/querysharepoint.asmx) and ...

What you're describing should be possible - I'm attaching a sample form. Hope it helps.

In general, InfoPath attachments and images are embedded into the XML, thus increasing the size of the form.
Whether DBXL is involved or not, we recommend using qRules to extract those attachments from the XML and into a separate location. In the case of a SharePoint location, the file/image attachment would be extracted into a separate document ...

The link will always be the same when someone is creating a new form. So if you click New and the new, blank form opens, then that's the URL that you need to use. Good luck!
